Privacy Policy

Overview

Krusty is designed with privacy as a core principle. The CLI runs entirely on your machine, and your code never leaves your computer unless you explicitly choose to use our cloud features.

Data We Collect

When you use Krusty Cloud, we collect:

• Account information (email, name from GitHub OAuth)
• Billing information (handled securely by Stripe)
• Usage metrics for service improvement

We do not collect or store your code, terminal output, or AI conversation content. All processing happens locally on your machine.

CLI Usage

The standalone CLI operates entirely offline. Any API calls to AI providers (like Anthropic) are made directly from your machine using your own API keys. We have no visibility into these interactions.

Cloud Features

When using Krusty Cloud for remote access, your terminal sessions are tunneled directly between your devices. We route the connection but do not inspect or store the content.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• GitHub - for authentication
• Stripe - for payment processing
