By using Krusty, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Service Description

Krusty provides a terminal-based AI coding assistant. The CLI is free and open source. Krusty Cloud is a paid service that enables remote access to your local Krusty instance.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the service to harm others or their systems
• Keep your account credentials secure

Payment Terms

Krusty Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The Krusty CLI is open source under the MIT license. Your code and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over anything you create using Krusty.

Disclaimer

Krusty is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated code should be reviewed before use in production.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
